Free shipping on orders that are shipping from our warehouse within your region for orders over $995. For items that are not in stock at the warehouse within your region at the time of your order , we can either transfer the product to our warehouse within your region, which could take 2 weeks, or simply ship from any warehouse and have to pay freight.
Any shortage on order received must be reported within 15 days from delivery date and freight damages needs to be reported to be within 7 days.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise we will charge you an additional 25% restocking fee and you have to pay for the shipping.
Make sure to call us first at 800-859-1915 before sending the product back to us so we could provide you with proper instruction, return authorization number and correct return address. Note that we have several warehouses. Please do not ship items back directly to our business address listed on the website. This is to make sure that you will get a refund for the returned items. Should you return an item to us without contacting us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost that may incurr to ship the returned item to the proper warehouse address.
Please note that item must be in resalable condition, meaning unused and in original packaging. RA’s are valid for up to 30 days
- If item is returned in non resalable condition then it will not be received in and no credit memo would be issued
- Examples of items not in resalable condition
- Torn or damaged packaging including torn flaps or damaged corners on the box and ripped clamp packaging.
- Inner plastic bags that were ripped open or missing
- Scratches and marks on item
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Note: Refund sometimes can take up to 3- 5 days depending on the financial institutions' policies.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping period maybe extended during holiday seasons since our warehouses are close during major Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Holidays and New Year.
We have a $30 minimum order requirement excluding shipping on paint supplies. A $5 small order bee will be charged, if order is below the minimum amount requirement. Chemical items has a $135 minimum order requirement, the small order fee is $25 for orders below minimum.
Please also note that some products falls under VOC compliant which restricts us from shipping some products to specific areas.
Shipping company may contact you to schedule a delivery before delivering your package. If you fail to respond after multiple contact and the shipping company decide to ship the package back to our warehouse, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping fee
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If your product falls under Hazmat shipping there is a $35 charge from United Parcel Service for shipping Hazmat products. Many Hazmat products can be shipped regular truck freight with not extra fee.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Take note that we have several warehouses. There will be instances that we do not have enough number of stocks in one warehouse that we would need to ship your order from two different warehouses. If this happens, additional shipping cost will be charged, or you can wait for the stocks to be available in one warehouse to avoid additional shipping fees.
Non receipt of products are to be reported within 48 hours after an email confirming that order has been completed was sent or within 10 business days after the order was placed.
For your security and ours, we will ask you to send the front and back copy of the credit card used to make the purchase and a government issued ID for any transactions over $500, regardless if your shipping and billing address is the same. However, if you are an established/returning customer, additional security information may not be needed.
Lastly, to prevent unauthorized/fraudulent purchase we may need to ask additional security information/documentation for purchases that will be shipped to a different shipping address from the billing address.
Wrong Address Policy
Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address for my order... Now what?
We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your products to you ASAP!
However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:
If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping and a 25% restock fee.
This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!
